Le Hameau du Morne des Cadets
A hamlet situated in the centre of fabulous green tourism.
The Hameau du Morne des Cadets is located at Fonds Saint-Denis, 45 minutes by car North of Fort-de-France. From the airport, take the N5 road in direction of Fort-de-France and of Saint-Pierre. From the old capital of the island, follow the indications of the D1 in direction of Fonds Saint-Denis. At Félicien’s restaurant, make a right on a small bumpy mountain road and continue until you reach the observatory, continue on the road below. Fifty meters further you have arrived. Take a deep breath, because the view of the Montagne Pelée is to die for!
Although the lodging is not directly located on the sea, many assets justify the pleasure of staying there. Primarily, the view on the Montagne Pelée is certainly one of the most beautiful of Martinique. Also, the hamlet, situated on the mountain, finds itself at the heart of fabulous green tourism. Finally, the sound of the wind blowing trough coconuts trees, the scream of cocks at the crack of dawn, as well as the absence of mosquitoes make the whole unforgettable.
